Free tracked shipping on every order, worldwide.

Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (after shipping)
United States, UK and Europe: usually 7–12 business days.
Canada, Australia and New Zealand: usually 10–15 business days.
Rest of world: usually 15–20 business days.
These are estimates; customs checks and peak seasons can add a few days. Orders ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which may be outside your country, and multi-pair orders can arrive in separate packages.

Customs and import duties
For most countries, prices shown include any tax collected at checkout. In some countries the carrier may charge import duties or fees on delivery; these are the customer's responsibility.

Address issues
Please double-check your address. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change it. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always help track them down.
