Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of vovanshades.com (the "Store"), operated by SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED, Markou Evgenikou 11, Mesa Geitonia, 4002, Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products
We try to show products accurately. Colours and finish may vary slightly from the photos, some of which are styled or AI-generated imagery. "Vovan" is a fictional, AI-generated brand character. Lenses are rated UV400 by the manufacturer. Sunglasses are not suitable for driving at night or in low light and must never be used to look directly at the sun.

2. Orders and prices
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error, and will refund any payment in full. Prices may change without notice but never after you've placed an order.

3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Intellectual property
All content on the Store, including the Vovan Shades name, logo, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies.
